Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved where:

  • A returned item meets return requirements;
  • An order cannot be fulfilled;
  • A verified payment issue occurred;
  • A product arrives damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Timeframes

Refund processing may take:

  • 2–5 business days for internal processing;
  • Additional time depending on banking institutions and card providers.

MAISON PURA is not responsible for banking delays outside of our control.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply where:

  • Products are returned damaged due to customer misuse;
  • Products are missing original packaging or components;
  • Returned goods are not in resaleable condition.
